It’s valid for 12 months from the purchase date, and the photoshoot must take place before it expires. If plans change, contact us before the expiry date for one free 6-month extension.
Yes. There’s no need to choose a city when you buy the gift card. They can choose from the destinations on our site and request their preferred date when they’re ready to book. Dates are subject to photographer availability.
Their package is already covered. They keep the session length and included photos you bought, with no extra charge if that package’s price increases.
Yes. Tell us the new recipient’s name and we’ll send you an updated gift card.
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, provided the gift card hasn’t been used.
Yes. Choose a delivery date when you order and complete payment before that date. We’ll email the gift card to you, ready to print or forward. It won’t be sent directly to the recipient.
